Standard cakes are the flavours and sizes listed in our shop. Orders placed between 09:00 and 17:00 (Nairobi time) are ready the next working day; later orders the working day after. We bake Tuesday to Saturday.

Bespoke cakes are designed from the details you give in the bespoke form. They are ordered at least 14 days and at most 6 months ahead, and we take a limited number each week. The listed price for the size and finish includes the design; extras are priced separately.

• You can order as a guest or with an account. Please give a Kenyan mobile number we can reach on the day.
• Each order books one time window (11:00–12:00, 14:00–15:00 or 16:00–17:00). Windows are first come, first served.
• Prices shown at checkout are confirmed by our system when you place the order. If a price changed in the meantime we show you the new total before you pay.
• Guests receive a private order link. Keep it safe: anyone with the link can view the order.

The full amount is paid when you order, by bank transfer (or M-Pesa when available).

Bank transfers must arrive within 48 hours using the order reference. Unpaid orders are then cancelled automatically and the time window is released.

Standard cakes can be delivered by a rider within 100 km of our studio, or collected. The delivery fee is shown before you pay and depends on distance and time of day.

Bespoke cakes are collected from our studio. Delivery is only possible if agreed with us in advance. If you send your own rider or a ride-hailing driver, the cake is your responsibility from the moment it leaves our studio.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2012.
